Napa Slaw with Spicy Asian Dressing

Napa Cabbage Slaw:
1/2 Red Pepper, sliced thinly
4 Large Mushrooms, sliced thinly
2 Carrots Shredded
1/3 cup almonds. chopped
1/4 cup chopped red onion
Dressing:
2 T Rice Vinegar
2 T Lime Juice
3 T Soy Sauce
2 T Sesame Oil
2T maple Syrup
1/3 cup Sunflower butter
1/2 t Hot sesame oil
1 t grated fresh ginger
1/2 t pressed garlic
Blend all dressing ingredients in blender and pour over slaw. Enjoy!
