Super Food Protein Shake
So this morning I was hungry and not sure what I felt like eating, so I blended up a super food shake that I thought was delicious and filling! Here's what I used....
1/3 cup homemade Brazil nut milk

1 T Sacha Inchi Seed powder
1 t Moringa Powder
1 Medjool date
1 banana
1 T chia seeds
1/2 cup water
Blend on high and enjoy!
